Use this page when you are not sure where to begin. Start by identifying what you need to do, then open the category that best matches your task.

Permissions / Access​

The Support Center is available to anyone with access to the site. Individual articles explain when a task requires a specific role.

Steps​

  1. Open the WIaaS Support Center.
  2. Identify the task or question you need to resolve.
  3. Select the category that best matches your task.
  4. Open the category overview to review the available guidance.
  5. Select the article that matches the action you need to complete.
  6. Review the Permissions / Access and Navigation Path sections before starting.
  7. Follow the numbered steps in the article.

Result​

You will be directed to the article that explains how to complete your task in WIaaS.

The article will identify the required role, navigation path, steps, expected result, and related guidance when those details apply.
