View Qualifications Report

Overview​

Use this page to open the qualifications report. This is helpful when you need to review qualification progress, status, or completion information.

Permissions / Access​

Who can perform this action?

  • Department Manager
  • Company Manager

Admin Dashboard -> Reports Tab -> Qualifications Report

Steps​

  1. Click on Admin Dashboard in left navigation menu.
  2. Select the Reports tab.
  3. Select Qualifications Report.
  4. Review the report results for the users or qualifications you need to check.

Result​

  • The qualifications report opens.
  • You can review qualification progress and related report data.

Notes / Tips​

  • Use this report after assigning plans or updating roles to confirm progress visibility.
  • Review available report filters to narrow the results if needed.

Troubleshooting​

Common issue: The report does not show the expected users or progress data.

Solution: Confirm the users have assigned plans or qualifications data available to report on.

Common issue: You cannot access the report.

Solution: Confirm your role includes access to the Reports area and qualifications reporting.
