Assign Job Roles
Overview
Use this page to assign a job role to a user. This is helpful when users need to be aligned with the correct role-based qualification requirements.

Navigation Path
Management Console -> Qualifications -> Manage Job Roles
Steps
- Navigate to Management Console.
- Select the Qualifications tab.
- Select Manage Job Roles.
- Select the job role you want to assign.
- Select Assign Role.
- Select the user you want to assign to the role.
- Select the activation date.
- Select the submit option to complete the assignment.
Result
- The selected user is assigned to the job role.
- The role assignment becomes active on the selected date.
Notes / Tips
- Confirm the activation date before submitting the role assignment.
- Review the selected user and role carefully to avoid incorrect assignments.
Troubleshooting
- Issue: The wrong user or role was selected.
- Solution: Cancel the action if possible and restart the assignment with the correct selections.
- Issue: The assignment does not take effect.
- Solution: Confirm the activation date has been reached and the submission completed successfully.
