Change User Plans

Overview

Use this page to remove plans from a user or change the user's primary plan. This is helpful when job responsibilities change or when a user needs a different qualifications path.

Permissions / Access

Who can perform this action?

  • Department Manager
  • Company Manager

Management Console -> Qualifications -> Change User Plans

Steps

  1. Navigate to Management Console.
  2. Select the Qualifications tab.
  3. Select Change User Plans.
  4. Select a user from the list.
  5. Remove the plan you no longer want assigned or change the primary plan setting.
  6. Select the option to save or confirm the update.

Result

  • The user's assigned plans are updated.
  • The correct plan is set as the user's primary plan when applicable.

Notes / Tips

  • Review the user's current plans before removing one.
  • Update the primary plan when the user should track progress against a different main plan.

Troubleshooting

  • Issue: The user does not appear in the list.
  • Solution: Confirm the user account is active and available in the qualifications area.
  • Issue: The plan change does not save.
  • Solution: Re-select the user, make the change again, and confirm the update completed.
