Custom Certificate

Overview​

Add a custom certificate activity to recognize user completion of a training module. Certificates can be customized with your organization's branding and information.

Permissions / Access​

  • Company Manager

Training Dashboard -> [Select Training Module] -> Turn on Edit Mode

Steps​

  1. Click on the Training Dashboard on the left navigation menu.
  2. Open the training module where you want to add the certificate.
  3. Turn on Edit Mode in the top-right corner.
  4. Click Add an activity or resource.
  5. Select Custom Certificate.
  6. Configure the certificate design and text.
  7. Click Save and return to Training Module or Save and display.

Result​

  • The custom certificate is added to the training module.
  • Users who complete the module can view and download their certificate.
