Questionnaire

Overview

Add a questionnaire activity to gather feedback, responses, or information from users. Questionnaires can be used for surveys, evaluations, or data collection within the training module.

Permissions / Access

  • Company Manager

Training Dashboard -> [Select Training Module] -> Turn on Edit Mode

Steps

  1. Click on the Training Dashboard on the left navigation menu.
  2. Open the training module where you want to add the questionnaire.
  3. Turn on Edit Mode in the top-right corner.
  4. Click Add an activity or resource.
  5. Select Questionnaire.
  6. Add questions and configure response options.
  7. Click Save and return to Training Module or Save and display.

Result

  • The questionnaire is added to the training module.
  • Users can complete and submit their responses.
  • Responses are recorded in the system.
