TEEM Wizard

Overview​

The TEEM Wizard helps you build TEEM courses from scratch or manage your course drafts. Use the TEEM Course Generator to start a new course, or the Draft Review Dashboard to review and approve generated topics and sub-topics before creating courses.

Permissions / Access​

  • Company Manager

Admin Dashboard -> Training Modules Tab -> TEEM Wizard

Steps​

Create a TEEM Course​

  1. Open the Admin Dashboard.
  2. Select the Training Modules tab.
  3. Select TEEM Wizard.
  4. Click the "Create TEEM Course" button under TEEM Course Generator.
  5. Enter a course title and follow the prompts to generate the TEEM course shell.
  6. Save your new course.

Review and Approve Drafts​

  1. Open the Admin Dashboard.
  2. Select the Training Modules tab.
  3. Select TEEM WIzard.
  4. Click the "Open Draft Dashboard" button under Draft Review Dashboard.
  5. Review the generated topics and sub-topics.
  6. Approve or edit drafts as needed before creating courses.

Result​

  • A new TEEM course shell is created when you use the Course Generator.
  • Approved topics and sub-topics are ready for course creation after using the Draft Review Dashboard.
