User Administration Common Tasks

Overview

This page describes common user administration tasks, including creating, editing, and managing user accounts. Use it as a quick reference for routine user management actions.

Admin Dashboard -> Users

Steps

  1. Open Admin Dashboard.
  2. Select the Users tab.
  3. Choose the action you need, such as Create User, Bulk Upload Users, Bulk Download Users, or Manage Users.
  4. Complete the form or file upload process for the selected task.
  5. Review and confirm the changes.

Result

  • Common user administration actions are completed.
  • User accounts are created, updated, or exported as needed.
  • Managers can continue with follow-up tasks from the Users tab.

Notes / Tips

  • Use Manage Users to review existing accounts before creating new ones.
  • When uploading or downloading users in bulk, verify file format and data accuracy.
  • Only authorized managers should perform user administration tasks.

Solution: Verify you are in the Users tab and have the proper permissions.
