Invite Users

Overview

Use Invite Users to send registration invitations to students and school administrators for a specific school in the District/Division area. The page is helpful when the district or division needs to onboard new users and pre-populate the school and email information in the registration link.

Permissions / Access

Who can perform this action?

  • Department Manager
  • Company Manager

Work Based Learning -> District/Division -> Invite Users

Steps

  1. Select the Work Based Learning tab.
  2. Click the District/Division tab.
  3. Click the Invite Users tab.
  4. In the Students field, enter the student email addresses or select students from the available list.
  5. In the School Administrators field, enter school administrator email addresses as needed.
  6. Select the School from the dropdown list.
  7. Click Send Invites to deliver registration invitations.

Result

  • Registration invitations are sent to the selected students and/or school administrators.
  • Each invitation includes a link that pre-populates the selected school in the registration form.
  • Invited users can complete registration from the email invitation.

Notes / Tips

  • Verify the school selection before sending invitations so the registration link is pre-populated correctly.
  • Enter valid email addresses for students and school administrators to ensure invitations are delivered.
  • If no school is selected, invitations may not generate the correct registration context.

Troubleshooting

Common issue: Invitations are not sent.

Solution: Confirm the selected school is valid, verify the entered email addresses, and try again. Check for any validation messages on the page.

Common issue: The school dropdown shows no options.

Solution: Confirm that schools are set up in the district or division and that you have access to the selected school.
