Enterprise Management

Overview​

Use Enterprise Management to configure enterprise-level Work Based Learning settings, including shared setup data used across the organization. This page is helpful when you need to maintain high-level Work Based Learning configuration.

Permissions / Access​

Who can perform this action?

  • Company Manager

Management Console -> Work Based Learning -> Enterprise Management

Steps​

  1. Navigate to Management Console.
  2. Select the Work Based Learning tab.
  3. Select Enterprise Management.
  4. Review or update the available enterprise-level Work Based Learning settings.

Result​

  • You can access enterprise-level Work Based Learning setup options.
  • Changes made in this area are available to the related Work Based Learning workflows.

Notes / Tips​

  • Review existing enterprise-level settings before making updates that affect multiple areas.
  • Confirm that the information you enter matches the organization-wide Work Based Learning setup.

Troubleshooting​

Common issue: You do not see the Enterprise Management option.

Solution: Confirm that your role includes Company Manager access and refresh the page.

Common issue: A configuration update does not appear where you expected.

Solution: Reopen Enterprise Management, confirm the changes were saved, and review the related Work Based Learning area again.
