Enterprise Management
Overview
Use Enterprise Management to configure enterprise-level Work Based Learning settings, including shared setup data used across the organization. The Enterprise button navigates to the global WBL administration area where states, program areas, experience type templates, forms/agreements, and global settings are managed. This page is helpful when you need to maintain high-level Work Based Learning configuration.

Steps
- Select Work Based Learning tab in left navigation menu.
- Click the Enterprise button from the main WBL navigation panel.
- Navigate within the Enterprise Administration area to manage states, programs, templates, forms, and global configuration.
Result
- You can access enterprise-level Work Based Learning setup options.
- Changes made in this area are available to the related Work Based Learning workflows.
- The Enterprise Administration area opens, providing full global configuration controls. Changes here affect all districts and schools using the WBL plugin.
Notes / Tips
- Review existing enterprise-level settings before making updates that affect multiple areas.
- Confirm that the information you enter matches the organization-wide Work Based Learning setup.
- Changes to global templates and forms affect all districts using WBL. Test changes carefully in a staging environment first.
Troubleshooting
Common issue: You do not see the Enterprise Management option.
Solution: Confirm that your role includes Company Manager access and refresh the page.
Common issue: A configuration update does not appear where you expected.
Solution: Reopen Enterprise Management, confirm the changes were saved, and review the related Work Based Learning area again.
